When Will My Order Arrive?

Orders will usually be fulfilled 2-5 business days after you place your order. Shipping can take 5-10 business days depending on where you live. Please expect international orders to take longer. Holidays and busy seasons may impact these times.

Shipping costs also vary depending on location and the size of the order. You can check the shipping cost of your current order by proceeding through checkout and entering your address (you can do this all without placing the order).

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to some countries, including Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. You can see our current list of INTL countries that we ship to on the checkout page. If you do not see your country and have an interest in our products, please let us know at info@commatee.com.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If you're country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the shipping charge on your order with CommaTee, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.

 

 Shipping is Not Available in My Location?

We pride ourselves in being able to ship to most countries across the globe! If you're being told your current location is unavailable for shipping, please send us an email at info@commatee.com. We will most likely be able to enable shipping to your country.

 

How Do I Track My Package?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once we ship your package.

 Please note:
-On occasion, information about the progress of your shipment is not updated until the day your order is delivered.
-Tracking capabilities on international orders may vary.

 

Can I make a change to my order?

Once your order goes to fulfillment, we cannot make changes. So, if you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at info@commatee.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, the name on the order, the email address used for the order, and the changes you'd like to make. 

If your order has not gone into fulfillment yet, we should be able to make the change for you. 

 

What are CommaTee’s Made of and How Do They Fit?

We offer our designs on a variety of high-quality t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel styles in order to ensure you get your favorite design on clothes you enjoy wearing. Sizing charts and fabric info for each style are listed on the product page.

 

Why Didn’t I Receive a Confirmation Email?

In rare instances, your email provider may have marked the email as spam. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there.

If you are not able to locate your confirmation email, you can email info@commatee.com, and we will confirm that your order was placed.

 

I Was Sent the Wrong Shirt / I Was Sent a Defective Shirt.

Quality and customer satisfaction are our highest priorities.

If we ship you the incorrect item or you receive a shirt with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@commatee.com with your order number and the specifics on what the problem is. We will work with you to fix the issue as quickly as possible. This is typically done at no cost to the customer, since it is our mistake!
