Returns


If you would like to return your items, you may do so within 14 days from when your order was received. To start a return, please email us at info@commatee.com.

After we receive your email return request and your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on where to send your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if applicable initiate the refund. (If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.)

Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • The product is damaged, washed, worn or altered in any way.
  • It has been over 14 days since you received your item.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it fit.

 

Refunds
Will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We cannot send cash refunds. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exchanges

All of our items are printed on demand when you place your order meaning we do not keep an inventory, because of this we cannot offer an outright exchange. If you would like a different size or color, you may return your item within 14 days of when your order was received for a refund, less shipping charges.

 

Cancellations

To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins at our production facility, we can no longer cancel the order.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
